DEMOLITION/DECONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS RFQ

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is soliciting qualifications from interested C21 licensed Demolition/Deconstruction Contractors (Firms) to demolish and/or deconstruct foreclosed single-family and small multi-unit properties (typically between 2 – 4 units) that have exceeded their useable life span and/or are too costly to rehabilitate. The properties are located throughout South Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SERVICES RFP

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) seeks proposals from qualified IT service providers. 

TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is soliciting proposals from temporary staffing agencies to provide cost effective temporary staffing services. RNLA utilizes temporary staffing services to fill short-term staffing needs for either short term or long term assignments.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) seeks proposals from qualified consultants to provide real estate project management services to RNLA on a project-specific and contract  basis. RNLA projects are funded using federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds, and all activities must be handled in accordance with U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) NSP regulations.

 INSURANCE SERVICES RFP

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed companies and/or brokers to provide insurance services on behalf of RNLA for its various insurance needs.

LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENCE SERVICES RFQ 

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is requesting proposal from experienced and license C-27 Landscape Maintenance Companies to be responsible for landscaping maintenance that uses drought tolerant or California native plants and repairs for single family residents throughout Los Angeles County.

 LED VENDORS RFP

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is soliciting proposals from interested LED Vendors (Vendors) to supply LED (light emitting diode) fixtures for rehabilitated and newly constructed single-family and small multi-unit properties (typically between 2 – 16 units).
